Membership Information

MEMBERSHIP CATEGORIES and OTHER INFORMATION:
Gold:  all inclusive access of the facility as well as land and aqua fit classes.
Silver: features full use of facility with the exception of land and aqua fitness classes.
Senior:  for those participants 65 years of age and older.
Family:  2 adults and anyone 21 years of age and younger that live in the same household.
Couple: 2 adults residing at the same household.
Junior:  for those participants 13 years of age and under.
Student:  for those participants 14-21 years of age.
Intermediate:  for those participants 22-30 years of age.

EFTS:
Membership Electronic Fund Transfers (EFTS) are established on a continuous monthly basis using pre-authorized chequing.  For your convenience, monthly payments are renewed automatically each year, unless you otherwise notify PEFAC in writing before the 25th of the month. Memberships may also be paid in a single payment for 1 year.  All EFTS will be withdrawn on the 1st of every month (unless it falls on a weekend or holiday)

Suspension Insurance:
If you are planning an extended trip, surgery, or any activity that will not allow you to use your membership, your regular EFT withdrawals can be stopped for up to 5 months. Your regular EFT payments will automatically restart on the date determined by the member and the staff upon signing the hold agreement. The PEFAC suspension program must be purchased prior to your request dates up to a maximum of 5 months per Membership term. There are no refunds with suspension insurance and are only valid with annual memberships.

Cancellation Fees:
If cancellation of your membership is required, the members must sign a cancellation form and pay the current cancellation before the 25th day of the month. Cost $50+hst  (Note: all outstanding balances must be paid prior to your cancellation. Also cancellation fees are waived on your anniversary date with written notice of your cancellation before the 25th of the month)

Financial Assistance:
PEFAC strives to serve all segments of our community. If you or your family would benefit from using the Prince Edward Fitness & Aquatic Centre, yet are unable to pay the full cost, you may apply for assistance. The Prince Edward Fitness & Aquatic Centre Financial Assistance program is for those who are unable, not unwilling to pay the full fee. After completing the application form, and have enclosed all documentation, please place your application in a sealed envelope and drop off to the attention of Meloni Crandall, the General Manager.

DAY USE

Day members are welcome and may use the entire facility. If under 18, must have a quick orientation on the cardio and weight equipment, booking required. (Orientation $25)

-Guest Daypass with a member $10
-Guest Daypass without a member $15/day
-Family Daypass: $25/day (2 adults & their children under 21, at same residence kids under 3 free)
-Single Week Pass – $50
