Group Personal Training Rates
These group training sessions will be 4 1-hour sessions. In the event only one participant shows up for group training, charges will remain the same, unless participant wishes to purchase an additional session.

Personal Training Format.

Group of 2…. $110 ea.
Group of 3…. $75 ea.
Group of 4…. $55ea.

Youth Bootcamp

This program designed for ages 10 to 13 gives participants a full body workout consisting of various exercises focusing on improving muscular endurance and cardiovascular health. Workouts are performed in a circuit setting allowing all participants to work within their own pace with exercise modifications available for all exercises.

New session:
January 17, 2024 – March 6, 2024
Cost: $90 + HST for Members $110 + HST for Non-Members
Ages 10-13

Teen Bootcamp

This program designed for ages 14 to 17 gives participants a full body workout consisting of a variety of exercises focusing on improving aerobics, muscular endurance and strength. Workouts are performed in a circuit setting allowing participants to work at their own pace with exercise modifications suitable for all fitness levels.

New session:
January 17, 2024 – March 6, 2024
Cost: $90 + HST for Members $110 + HST for Non-Members
Ages 14-17

Women on Weights

This program is designed to help educate women on the importance of implementing weight training into their fitness routine. Learn about the different exercises and how to execute them properly. Focus on muscles most females tend to neglect out of fear for over development. This program has the qualities of individual personal training but in a productive, motivating and encouraging environment.

New 4 week session: Tuesdays 1pm January 16th – Feb 6th
Cost: $50 + HST for Members  $60 + HST for Non-Members

Personal Training Director

Conor Forbes

Conor holds the title of Personal Training Director here at PEFAC. Conor is a Certified Personal Training Specialist and Fitness & Health Promotion graduate from St. Lawrence College beginning his 10th year as PEFAC’s Personal Training Director. Approaching his 15th year in the industry, he specializes in weight loss management, strength training, sport specific training as well as injury prevention/recovery. Conor has experience working with all client populations so no matter what age, capabilities, or particular fitness goals are looking to be met he’s here to assist you in achieving them.

Wendy Chapman

Wendy’s philosophy is to help each person take control of their life and to live a healthy lifestyle. She has taught Group Cardio, Strength in Women, Functional Fitness and classes which focus on balance and falls prevention. Wendy is certified in Active Aging and the Heart Institute Heart Wise Exercise Program which includes osteoporosis, respiratory disease, weight loss and diabetes. She has a passion for fitness endurance through aerobic and strength training with a focus on aging backwards and changing your biological age.

Joe Hamilton

His commitment and passion for the health and fitness industry for over 30 years has given him the opportunity to create a client centered training philosophy. Some of his certifications include Health Coach, Personal Trainer, Lifestyle and Weight Management Consultant, Fitness Planning Specialist, Senior Fitness Specialist, Nutrition Specialist, Changing Ageing, Post Rehabilitation Specialist, National Coaching Association Level 3, and Tennis Canada certified coach. If you are looking for a new program, help with goals, recovering from an injury or surgery, or preparing for a surgery he can help.
