Group Personal Training Rates
These group training sessions will be 4 1-hour sessions. In the event only one participant shows up for group training, charges will remain the same, unless participant wishes to purchase an additional session.

Personal Training Format.

Group of 3…. $75 ea.
Group of 4…. $55ea.

Intro to Weight Training

This program is designed for individuals who have attempted the practice of weightlifting and have had an unsatisfactory experience as well as individuals that are looking to add weightlifting to their wellness routine for the first time. Along with cardiovascular fitness, flexibility and muscular endurance, strength training is another component of overall fitness that must be part of the equation. A proper introduction to weightlifting allows individuals to make a foundation for their exercise routine with proper structure and efficiency, resulting in a higher probability of achieving fitness goals.

8-week session:
April 9th – May 28th, 2025
Wednesdays 9:00am – 10:00am
Cost: $90 + HST for Members
$110 + HST for Non-Members

Ladies’ Bootcamp

This program is designed for women of all ages with a combination of exercises aimed to help improve muscular strength, endurance, and cardiovascular fitness. Workouts are performed in a circuit setting with participants executing various exercises separately allowing individuals to work within their own pace and capabilities with modifications available for all exercises.

8-week session:
April 7th– June 2nd, 2025 (May 26th is a Holiday)
Mondays 5:15pm – 6:15pm
Cost: $90 + HST for Members
$110 + HST for Non-Members

Women on Weights

This program is designed to help educate women on the importance of implementing weight training into their fitness routine. Learn about the different exercises and how to execute them properly. Focus on muscles most females tend to neglect out of fear for over development. This program has the qualities of individual personal training but in a productive, motivating and encouraging environment.

8-week Session:
April 8th – May 27th, 2025
Tuesdays and Thursdays 11:30am – 12:30am
Cost: Members 180 + HST
Non-Members $220 + HST
Single Day Option (Members $90 + HST, Non-Members $110 + HST)

Personal Training Director

Conor Forbes

Conor holds the title of Personal Training Director here at PEFAC. Conor is a Certified Personal Training Specialist and Fitness & Health Promotion graduate from St. Lawrence College beginning his 10th year as PEFAC’s Personal Training Director. Approaching his 15th year in the industry, he specializes in weight loss management, strength training, sport specific training as well as injury prevention/recovery. Conor has experience working with all client populations so no matter what age, capabilities, or particular fitness goals are looking to be met he’s here to assist you in achieving them.

Wendy Chapman

Wendy’s philosophy is to help each person take control of their life to live a Healthy Lifestyle. She has client experience with Balance, Weight loss, Post- rehab, Osteoporosis, Arthritis, Cardiovascular Disease, Parkinson’s, Fibromyalgia and nutrition. Wendy focuses on Active Aging through a functional fitness lifestyle, where you learn to take control of your weight, tone and build muscle for strength and endurance. Her passion for fitness has spanned 40 years and her belief is that movement is a life commitment so you can live your best life whether your goal is continuing with your sports or playing on the floor with your grandchildren. Wendy holds certifications with the YMCA, Activate Academy, Canfitpro, and the Heart Institute.

Joe Hamilton

His commitment and passion for the health and fitness industry for over 30 years has given him the opportunity to create a client centered training philosophy. Some of his certifications include Health Coach, Personal Trainer, Lifestyle and Weight Management Consultant, Fitness Planning Specialist, Senior Fitness Specialist, Nutrition Specialist, Changing Ageing, Post Rehabilitation Specialist, National Coaching Association Level 3, and Tennis Canada certified coach. If you are looking for a new program, help with goals, recovering from an injury or surgery, or preparing for a surgery he can help.

Tracy Reid is a seasoned professional with over 37 years of experience in the fitness, health, and wellness industry. Her lifelong love of fitness and unwavering passion for helping others have been the driving forces behind her vibrant career. Since 1988, Tracy has been designing, managing, and delivering a wide range of health and wellness programs for the community and businesses. Her extensive certifications include being a certified personal trainer, post-rehab specialist, health coach, nutrition coach, and Menopause Coach. She is also an accredited cycling, yoga, Pilates, Zumba, and Senior Fitness instructor. Tracy has continually expanded her expertise by completing numerous specialized courses, ensuring she stays ahead of the latest trends and techniques in the wellness field.
