Group Personal Training Rates
These group training sessions will be 4 1-hour sessions. In the event only one participant shows up for group training, charges will remain the same, unless participant wishes to purchase an additional session.
Personal Training Format.
Group of 2…. $110 ea.
Group of 3…. $75 ea.

Intro to Weight Training
This program is designed for individuals who have attempted the practice of weightlifting and have had an unsatisfactory experience as well as individuals that are looking to add weightlifting to their wellness routine for the first time. Along with cardiovascular fitness, flexibility and muscular endurance, strength training is another component of overall fitness that must be part of the equation. A proper introduction to weightlifting allows individuals to make a foundation for their exercise routine with proper structure and efficiency, resulting in a higher probability of achieving fitness goals.
8-week session:
April 9th – May 28th, 2025
Wednesdays 9:00am – 10:00am
Cost: $90 + HST for Members
$110 + HST for Non-Members
Ladies’ Bootcamp
This program is designed for women of all ages with a combination of exercises aimed to help improve muscular strength, endurance, and cardiovascular fitness. Workouts are performed in a circuit setting with participants executing various exercises separately allowing individuals to work within their own pace and capabilities with modifications available for all exercises.
8-week session:
April 7th– June 2nd, 2025 (May 26th is a Holiday)
Mondays 5:15pm – 6:15pm
Cost: $90 + HST for Members
$110 + HST for Non-Members
Women on Weights
This program is designed to help educate women on the importance of implementing weight training into their fitness routine. Learn about the different exercises and how to execute them properly. Focus on muscles most females tend to neglect out of fear for over development. This program has the qualities of individual personal training but in a productive, motivating and encouraging environment.
8-week Session:
April 8th – May 27th, 2025
Tuesdays and Thursdays 11:30am – 12:30am
Cost: Members 180 + HST
Non-Members $220 + HST
Single Day Option (Members $90 + HST, Non-Members $110 + HST)
